Privacy at HeppaSoft
Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the website, the servers and the store — nothing more. Details below.
Website
This site has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking cookies. The only thing stored is your language choice in your own browser's local storage. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Minecraft servers
When you play on any of the servers in our network, we store your username and UUID, connection logs, gameplay data such as inventories, claims and balances, and moderation records such as mutes and bans. Chat may be logged for moderation. Data is kept while you play and deleted on request — see your rights below.
Store and payments
VIP ranks, keys and cosmetics are sold through each server's website. Payments are processed by the payment provider — card details never touch our servers. We keep purchase records such as username, package and date so we can deliver your items and handle refunds.
Discord
Support tickets and moderation actions in our Discord servers are logged so staff can follow up. Public messages follow Discord's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion at any time via destek@heppasoft.net or a Discord ticket. Deletion removes your data from live systems and backups within 30 days.
